Nine is a very large, two-room king suite. It has a firm, king-sized bed. The living room and bedroom have a distant view of the Davis Mountain across the historic neighborhood.

Furnishings include a British, oak draw-leaf dining table, a Danish lounge chair and side chairs. The bath has huge modern shower with a molded seat.

Rooms nine and eleven use an access door off the west courtyard separate from the rest of the inn. These rooms together occupy a large wing with a large hallway that empties into the west courtyard with a covered porch.
